Garmony — Analytical Capital Intelligence
Garmony applies trained statistical models to market data in real time and executes trades without commission. The structural advantage is simple: nothing is deducted from what you earn.
Available to UK residents. Capital at risk. Past model performance does not determine future results.
The Structural Case
Legacy brokerage pricing was set when trading required a desk, a phone line and a human intermediary. Commissions, spreads and account charges compensated for that overhead. Remote professionals managing personal capital from outside a single financial centre carry none of those legacy costs, yet most platforms still charge as if they did.
Each basis point retained as a fee is a basis point removed from compounding. Over a multi-year horizon, the arithmetic difference between a fee-bearing account and a fee-neutral one becomes the dominant variable in outcome — more significant, in most cases, than small differences in trade timing.
Garmony was built around that observation. Rather than charging per trade, the platform separates its revenue from the investor's position entirely, so profit retention is not a marketing claim but a structural default.
If a platform's revenue depends on your trading volume rather than your outcome, its incentives are not fully aligned with yours. Removing trading fees removes that misalignment.
Capability Matrix
The predictive engine is trained on historical price behaviour, order-book depth and macro indicators, then continually re-weighted against live outcomes. It produces probability-ranked signals rather than binary buy/sell instructions, leaving sizing and conviction decisions with the investor. Model outputs are versioned, so any revision to the underlying logic is traceable.
Every open position is scored against portfolio-level volatility and correlation metrics, not viewed in isolation. Thresholds can be set to flag concentration risk or drawdown pace before they compound, giving remote investors a consistent reference point regardless of time zone.
Price, volume and volatility feeds are processed on a rolling basis rather than on fixed intervals, so the models respond to developing conditions rather than end-of-day snapshots. Data provenance is logged for every signal generated.
The Zero-Fee Model, Explained
Garmony generates revenue through optional premium analytics subscriptions and institutional data-licensing agreements, not through markups on client order flow. This separation means the platform's commercial interest is not tied to how frequently, or how large, a user trades.
Illustrative comparison only. Commission structures vary by provider and are not independently verified here.
Applied Contexts
A contractor working across multiple currencies uses model signals to phase capital into positions gradually, reducing the influence of single-day volatility on a long-term allocation.
An investor holding concentrated exposure to one sector applies the risk assessment module to identify correlated downside, then opens an offsetting position sized to the flagged exposure.
A digital nomad operating across time zones relies on the continuous data stream, rather than a single market open, to identify when short-term pricing diverges from the model's expected range.
Questions, Answered Directly
The model is trained on historical market data spanning multiple asset classes and is periodically re-evaluated against new, unseen data to check for performance drift. Training methodology and data vintage are documented and available on request for account holders.
Live pricing, volume and order-book depth are sourced from licensed market-data providers. No proprietary or client position data is used to influence pricing shown to other users.
Client funds are held separately from Garmony's operating accounts, in line with standard safeguarding practice for UK-regulated financial platforms.
No automated system can eliminate market risk. The risk assessment module is designed to surface concentration and drawdown signals earlier than manual review alone would allow, giving the investor more time to act.
The platform supports both. Signal frequency and risk thresholds can be adjusted to reflect a shorter holding period or a longer-term allocation strategy.
Account and transaction data are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to model infrastructure is restricted and independently reviewed on a recurring basis.
Orders are routed for low-latency execution. Garmony does not publish precise latency figures publicly, as these vary by asset class, venue and network conditions at the time of the order.
Garmony charges no commission, no spread markup and no per-trade fee. Analysis, risk monitoring and execution are included from the first session.
